1. How is GlamoDiva different from other products?
- Our products are non-toxic, pollution-free and cruelty-free.
- GlamoDiva update products quickly and keep up with fashion trends. We releases 50 new products every week.
- GlamoDiva have a special product series called Real Nail Gel(Handmade) and this series especially exquisite. They are not done by machine printing, but by the manicurists manually brushing real nail gel one by one. The press on nails look exactly the same as the ones made in the salon.
2. What's included in each press on nails set?
-24 pcs press on nails with 12 different sizes
-2 sheets (48 pcs) Adhesive tap
-1 manicure stick
-1 manicure file
-1 Prep pad
3. How to apply my GlamoDiva nails?
Step1: Gently push the edges of the nails with the Manicure Stick to remove excess cutin. Then use a Prep pad to remove moisture and oil from the surface of the nails.
Step2: Choose the right nail size.
Step3: Paste the adhesive to the inside of the nail piece, remove the protective film.
Step4: Fit the nail piece and press for 15 seconds (Do not contact with water in 2 hours after finishing).
Step5: File the nail if necessary.
4. How do I remove my GlamoDiva nails(adhesive tabs)?
-To remove the adhesive tabs:
Step1: Each set of GlamoDiva nails includes our nail removal tool!
Step2: To remove your GlamoDiva nails, soak your nails into warm water for several minutes to soften the glue bond.
Step3: Use a steel pusher or a small wooden stick to gently tilt out the gap between the nail bed and the fake nail.
Step4: Use a small wooden stick to gently pry open the entire fake nail.
Step5: Use a small wooden stick to gently roll up the adhesive tabs attached to the nail bed.
5. How do I remove my GlamoDiva nails(nail tip glue)?
-To remove nail tip glue:
Step1: Each set of GlamoDiva nails includes our nail removal tool!
Step2: To remove your GlamoDiva nails, soak your nails into warm water for several minutes to soften the glue bond.
Step3: Use a steel pusher or a small wooden stick to gently tilt out the gap between the nail bed and the fake nail.
Step4: Use a brush to drip the solution of Nail Glue Debonder (This product is not in the set and needs to be purchased on the website) into the gap and let the glue dissolve for 5-10 minutes.
Step5: After the glue dissolves, gently peel off the fake nails.
Step6: If necessary, repeat the above steps until the false nails can be peeled off. Never force or pull nails off as this may damage your natural nails.
6. What is the Nail Glue Debonder?
GlamoDiva Nail Glue Debonder softens the glue for easy removal of false nails. Suitable for instant glue and nail glue.
Instructions:
Applying a moderate amount of glue depender on the curing glue, wait for several minutes. After the glue softening, then shaving with the right tools. You can repeat extra times if necessary until the glue is completely clear.
7. What is the Nail Prep Oil Remover?
GlamoDiva Nail Prep Oil Remover is used before apply press on nails. It effectively removes oil from the nail surface, prevents air bubbles and helps create a stronger, better-adhering nail base for press on nails application.Suitable for professional salons or personal use.
Instructions:
Apply it to your nails and leave it for 30-60 seconds to air dry.
8. Will GlamoDiva cause harm to my nails or overall health?
Our products are certified by MSDS and SGS and will not harm your nails. GlamoDiva is the safest, healthiest, and most stylish manicure option available! Our product are free of toxins, chemicals and UV light.
9. Can I reuse / reapply my nails?
Our products can stay on for 4-7 days or longer if you use adhesive tabs, what's more, there're 48 adhesive tabs in each set for you to replace when the Press-Ons fall off accidentally. And if you use glue, they can stay on about 2 weeks.
However, the specific use time will be different according to the activity of each person. If you use your nails frequently for activities or work, medium or short nails may be more suitable.
10. Is GlamoDiva vegan and cruelty-free?
100% yes! We never have or will test our products on animals.
Shipping Info
1. Where do we ship?
We wish we could get our products into the hands of everyone. Currently, we can ship to the continental U.S. and most international countries. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO or other military addresses. We are working on getting our products everywhere around the world. Email us if you have more questions.
2. When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are processed within 1-4 business days of receipt. This does not include weekends and holidays. However, please understand that there may be slight delays, depending on the volume of orders received at a given time. We appreciate your understanding.
3. Can I change my shipping address?
You can change the shipping address ONLY if the order has not been shipped. Please double check your shipping address and make sure it is correct when you are placing the order.
4. How long will it take to get my package?
While we try our best to ship out your orders in the speediest manner, unfortunately, it is difficult to guarantee specific delivery times or be held responsible for delays in transit. If there is a substantial delay in the delivery of your order, we suggest contacting your local post office with your tracking number to expedite the shipping process. Unfortunately, once an order is out of our hands, we have no more information than you regarding the whereabouts of your package. Please contact the mail carrier for any delivery concerns you may have.
Important Notice:
1. After the package is shipped, it will take 2-3 days to be tracked(Holidays may extend the update time)
2. US packages cannot be tracked on the USPS website, the exact tracking URL is: https://www.17track.net . You can also find the shipping tracking portal in the information section at the bottom of our website and click in for inquiries.

Returns & Exchanges
1. Returns
Unopened items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and unaltered with packaging intact. Please return it to us in its original condition. Please note that original shipping will not be refunded for any returns. If you would like to make a return, email us at support@glamodiva.com specifying your order number and which items you will be returning. The cost of return shipping is covered by buyers Please note that the request for a return must be made within 14 days. Once we receive the package, we will carefully inspect all items. GlamoDiva will not issue refunds for items that arrive at our facility damaged in any way, as they are no longer re-sellable. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
**Sale items and opened packages are not eligible for return.
**All promotional and holiday sale event items are FINAL SALE.
**Orders placed using discount codes may be returned as long as they are unopened, and within the 14 days of delivery, with the exception of special holiday promotions.
2. Exchanges
We are unable to process exchanges at this time. If in the event a product is defective a complimentary replacement set or gift card for the value of the product will be issued.
3. Refunds (If applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
